The small size of this pan makes it ideal for singles or for cooking fairly small quantities.

Review of Cookware
I purchased this product for my birthday. I have used it several times and I think it is wonderful. It heats up evenly, items don't stick, and it cleans up well too. So from this early in its use perspective, I highly recommend it.
Calphajon 8 inch non-wtick pan
Typical of Calphalon. The best non-stick pan on the market as far as I'm concerned. Excellent product.
Frying pan
I recently purchased a frying pan (Calphalon). It is just the right size and food fries beautifully in it. The cover that comes with it is so convenient and saves alot of splattering from the pan. I would definetly order another product like this.
